Calle M. Mendenhall

Attorney Calle Mendenhall was born and raised in Houston, Texas where she attended Saint Agnes Academy.  Following her graduation, Calle attended the University of Alabama where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English.  Knowing she desired a career in the legal field, Calle soon after attended Samford University, Cumberland School of Law, where she was an active member of the school’s trial advocacy program.  She was finalist in Haley Trial Competition and a member of the National Negotiation Team.


Calle joined Freese & Goss during her second year of law school and has remained with the firm since. She is a member of the Alabama State Bar and is licensed in all federal districts within the state.  Calle primarily represents clients in mass tort and complex civil litigations involving defective medical devices and pharmaceuticals.  She is also a member of the National Trial Lawyers Association Top 100 Trial Lawyers, the American Association for Justice, Alabama Association for Justice, and the Junior League of Birmingham.
