Tamara L. “Tammy” Banno

Law Partner

A Dallas native, Tamara Banno is a partner at Freese & Goss. She manages the firm’s mass tort department.

Legal Practice

Over the past ten years, Ms. Banno’s practice has focused primarily on seeking recovery for victims of defective drugs and devices. She now manages the firm’s mass tort department.  She has been an integral member of negotiating teams that have resolved cases involving pharmaceutical and device litigation, including the settlement of cases involving Transvaginal Mesh and the drugs Phen Fen, Seroquel, Lotronex, Zyprexa, Bextra, Avandia, Celebrex, Trasylol, Topamax and Vioxx.


Born in Dallas,Texas; admitted to Texas bar 1999, Texas and United States District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Texas. Preparatory education: University of North Texas (B.A.A.S. 1995). Legal education: Texas Wesleyan School of Law (J.D., 1999).


Ms. Banno is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.
