Salazar v. Boston Scientific, Corp. et al., Cause No. DC-12-14349 (Dallas County, Texas).

$73,465,000 verdict for Plaintiff. The verdict obtained in this case has the distinction of being the 26th largest verdict in the United States in 2014. This case involved claims for defective design and inadequate warnings relating to a pelvic mesh device. It produced the first verdict for a plaintiff in a pelvic mesh case against Boston Scientific.
